Week 1

 

20 Minute meditation every morning:

 

After rising and bathing, before eating

 

*Focus on one part of your life that needs love and attention*

*Let your thoughts flow naturally, don’t try too hard to concentrate*

 

10 Minute Journal Sessions (Monday-Friday)

 

Write continuously without stopping – even if you veer off the path of the question. Get it all out in great detail!

 

Monday: What do you think your life’s purpose is?

Tuesday: What does your life look like when you are living your life’s purpose?

Wednesday: How can you achieve the goals that will change your life? What are these goals specifically?

Thursday: Describe the fulfillment you may feel once you achieve these goals.

Friday: What can you do today to take a step towards these goals?

*Let the feelings flow, don’t hold back, delve deep*

 

10 Minute Journal Sessions (Monday-Friday)

 

Write continuously without stopping – even if you veer off the path of the question. Get it all out in great detail!

 

Monday: What is your general feeling when you look at the past?

Tuesday: What are some negative experiences that you are still holding on to?

Wednesday: What is your desired result from letting these experiences no longer control you?

Thursday: Describe the fulfillment you may feel once you have let go of what no longer serves you.

Friday: What can you start to do in order to let go of the things that no longer serve you?

 

Action Step

 

Goals for week two:

 

Yoga week. Love your body. Stretch your body, your mind, and your soul. Get out of your boring routine and be open to new experiences.

 

Ideas

 

Do a 7-day yoga challenge. Vow to practice every morning or evening for at least 15 minutes.

Choose heart opening yoga poses and breathe out the past in order to create openness and love within yourself once again.

 

Say YES to one thing you normally wouldn’t say yes to! Stretch your comfort zone.

Week 3

*Focus on releasing that which is toxic within you*

 

10 Minute Journal Sessions (Monday-Friday)

 

Write continuously without stopping – even if you veer off the path of the question. Get it all out in great detail!

 

Monday: Write a list of each thing that no longer serves you.

Tuesday: Review the list of each thing that you wrote down. Now get rid of the list anyway you see fit. Tear it up, burn it, read it aloud and laugh at all the silly things you’ve let dampen your sparkle for so long.

Wednesday: Start a new list, what are you not going to let bother you anymore?

Thursday: What are you not going to let rule your life anymore?

Friday: How can you give yourself more self love and rely less on external experiences to cloud your vision of your ideal life?

Goals for week three:

 

Purge week! Get rid of all excess toxins in your life.

 

Ideas

 

Cut out as much sugar as is possible

Eat organic

Drink lots of water

Get to bed early

Replace some of your makeup, hygiene, and household cleaning products with a few natural or organic products

Monday: Reflect on ways in which you are hard on yourself or those around you

Tuesday: Reflect on the pain and disappointments you have felt when you placed expectations on others or on yourself.

Wednesday: How could you take time to pamper yourself a little more each day?

Thursday: What are ways in which you can help take the stress off others in your life?

Friday: Write a list of all the ways in which you enjoy pampering yourself.

Pamper yourself!

 

Ideas

 

Take a long, hot bath complete with candles

Let yourself stay in bed Saturday and/or Sunday an extra half hour to read, snooze, or just stare at the ceiling smiling

Do your nails, book a hair appointment

Buy yourself flowers

Have a netflix binge evening

Reach out to a friend or family member who may be going through a hard time to offer your services.
